An Asian twist to a healthy mix of goodness.
For the salad:
- 2 cups boiled quinoa
- 1 cup boiled green beans
- 1 cup boiled broccoli
- 1 cup red/ yellow pepper cut into cubes
- 1 packet boiled and cleaned edamame beans
For the dressing:
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
- Salt to taste
Throw all the ingredients in a salad bowl add the dressing. Ready to serve.
