Jot it down:
- 1 lb ground sirloin
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon sun-dried tomato, cut thinly
- 1⁄4 cup garlic, chopped
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon honey mustard
Combine all ingredients. Form into patties, cook as desired.
