I have never tasted better bars in my life! They are to die for and absolutely better than chocolate too. Need I say more?  Georgia, thank you for this amazing recipe!


Makes approx. 15 – 20 small bars



  • 100 gr. chocolate (dark or carob)
  • 3 tbsp. peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp. coconut butter
  • 3 tbsp. tahini
  • 3 tbsp. carob honey
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup dates (cut into small pieces)
  • 1/2 cup roasted almonds (cut into small pieces)
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 cup coconut flakes
  • Sesame seeds or coconut flakes for sprinkling


All the above ingredients are organic.


In a saucepan, melt the chocolate, peanut butter and coconut butter. Next add the honey, tahini, carob honey and stir. Pour in the rest of the ingredients and mix together well. Cover a square Pyrex (28 cm) with parchment paper and transfer the mixture inside it. Even it out to make a flat surface and sprinkle with coconut flakes or sesame seeds. Leave for 45’ and then cut into pieces.



It is as simple as that.
