Maria’s ultimate easy, peasy mouth-watering delight is a life-saving desert which always impresses and is quickly gobbled up.  It’s ideal, refreshing and light for the summer season ahead.

 Jot it down:

For approx. 10 people


  • 1 kilo yogurt Zita
  • ½ kilo Fresh Crème
  • 7 tsp. Icing sugar
  • ½ sachet gelatine
  • 2 packets caramelised almonds
  • 2 packets of frozen berries
  • Large serving bowl



Mix the yogurt, fresh crème and icing sugar in a hand mixer, put in a serving bowl and let it set in the fridge. 

Crush the caramelised almonds and put them aside. Just before serving sprinkle the almonds on to the now cold yogurt and finish off by topping with the frozen berries (best to put in the fridge a couple of hours before serving.

It is as simple as that.
