Delicious and totally zero fat! Nothing more to say really, apart from I’m so proud of my little baker! She jotted down her teacher’s recipe, made it then twisted and turned it into her liking!


  • ½ cup coconut butter
  • 1/3 cup stevia sugar
  • 1 cup Ion dark chocolate stevia
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup raw cacao nibs
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp. baking soda
  • 1 egg
  • Olive oil


Pre heat your oven to 180˚ c. Start by melting the dark chocolate either by bain marie or in the microwave. Then mix all the ingredients in the mixer. Cover your oven tray with greaseproof paper and brush a drop of olive oil onto it. Make small sized balls out of the mixture and place them in the oven tray leaving a little distance between each one. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Once cooked cover with a tea towel for a further 15 minutes. This should ensure a soft inside and a crispier outside.
