Returning from my summer holiday I found that the only thing I craved was my seasonal fruit and yoghurt mix which is deliciously deflating. Quick to toss in a bowl, appetite satisfying, it is as light as need be. A sprinkle of nuts or oats and a drizzle of honey makes this mouth -watering mix one of my fav options.
- Chopped seasonal fruit of your choice
- Strained Greek Yoghurt
Method: Scoop some yoghurt into an individual serving bowl, add chopped seasonal fruit, sprinkle with walnuts and drizzle some honey all over – this is my favourite combination. Make yours with any ingredients you desire.
It is as simple as that.
