Wanting an alternative way to eat my green beans, I decided to start roasting them. Perfect for lunch, dinner, or a healthy snack they’re made with just 5 ingredients! I can’t get enough of them cooked this way!  The result is TO DIE FOR. These Parmesan Roasted Green Beans are the BEST. Packed with flavour and crunch and all kinds of deliciousness. 

Feeds approx.:4-6 people


  • fresh green beans, washed, cleaned and cut
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil or spray light oil
  • 10 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
  • 10 tbsp. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt



Preheat oven to 180°C, combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl; toss to coat. Spread green beans on a large rimmed baking sheet and stick into the oven for 15-20 minutes.
