Lovers of all things poultry in our household, we’ve had to get creative in making the plain chicken breast as tasty as it can get!
Feeds approx..: 6 people
- 4 chicken fillets sliced down the middle to double quantity
- 4 tbsp. fat free strained yogurt
- 3 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- 1 large garlic clove
- Grated lemon zest of a whole lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Mix ingredients together and marinate chicken breast for minimum 1 hour. Fry the fillets in fry light spray in a non-stick pan.
