  1. Too much focus on the scale
  2. In take of too many or not enough calories
  3. Not exercising or exercising excessively
  4. Not lifting weights
  5. Overestimating how many calories are burnt during exercise
  6. Not consuming enough protein
  7. Not consuming enough fibre
  8. Eating too often, even when not hungry.
  9. Having unrealistic expectations
  10. Drinking sugar!!!
