Peanut butter and cocoa porridge oat balls for today. A snack easy to carry in a small container to take with you on a family trip, to the beach, anywhere actually! It’s easy peasy and you gotta love its soft texture and chocolatey flavour. Suitable for toddlers, kids and adults too!
- 1 cup blended cocoa porridge oats (mine is Nestle Nesquik, highly recommended)
- 1/2 cup (homemade) peanut butter
- 150 g strained yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- Desiccated coconut for rolling
